Job description:

  • Ongoing support with all matters related to the partners, both professional and personal including replies to incoming emails, preparation of presentations, (basic) excel work, data collection and interfacing with clients, partners, vendors, etc.
  • Calendar management including the partners, the offices and conference rooms
  • Answering of incoming calls and directing them to the relevant staff. Reception and hosting of visitors.
  • Vendor relationships, including negotiations and management of contractual issues.
  • Regular orders for the office, including office supplies, deliveries, and ad-hoc outside regularly scheduled deliveries, as needed.
  • Management of invoices and accounts payable.
  • Regular upkeep and maintenance of the offices of the company.
  • Traveling abroad – ordering of flights, hotels and related, etc. as well as related calendar updates, scheduled international meetings, ordering of tickets, etc.
  • Hosting visitors from abroad – coordinating visitor schedules and interfacing with related vendors, including restaurants, hotel, taxi, etc.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written – in Hebrew and English
  • Microsoft Office – full proficiency
  • Ability to take on tasks and manage projects to fruition
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Organized and disciplined work ethic

Pagaya Investments is looking for an Associate level Business Development Manager to join our Tel Aviv office.   The position will report under the firm’s Director of Business Development and support new business for North American investor markets including: prospecting, support on roadshows and related fundraising campaigns, update of our client relations management system (CRM), research on the firm’s 2019 conference and events calendar and more.

The ideal candidate has relevant internship or work experience in the US financial services industry, thrives in a pro-active, fast-paced environment and is flexible and comfortable with change.  The candidate should also be resourceful and creative, and a clear communicator with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare new fundraising campaigns and target lists
  • Monitor backburner investor targets for relevancy
  • Update CRM system with new prospects
  • Update campaign metrics and reporting
  • Update relevant marketing databases
  • Research and support on relevant conferences and events for 2019 calendar
  • Monitor social media to support engagement with influencers, key people, alumni, etc

Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience of 2-3 years in US financial services, ideally asset management and/or capital raising for hedge funds and alternative assets
  • Strong attention to detail, work ethic, and communication skill set
  • Quantitative disposition
  • Familiarity with CRM systems
  • Strong in Office productivity (Excel, PPT)
  • Social media fluency- Advantage
  • BA or MBA in related field

Responsibilities:

  • Operational management of leverage and funding

Responsibilities
Responsible for the daily schedule of one or more individuals; anticipate necessary background materials, directions and other items required for each activity on the schedule.  Maintain busy calendars involving multiple time zones, schedule meetings and ensure managers arrive to meetings on time. In addition,

  • Handle a broad range of duties from day to day operational activities involving the global management

  • Scheduling meetings and correspondence with executive management, partners and clients

  • Coordinate travel planning including hotel accommodations and airline reservations

  • Provide core administrative support such as printing, copying, answering phones, coordinating conference rooms and meal arrangements, greeting visitors and clients

  • Process and track expense reports and reimbursements

Qualifications and Skills
